• Moorfield Real Estate Fund on its £400 million plus acquisition of 24 hotels from Macdonald Hotels Ltd
• London Borough of Southwark on the selection of a development partner to undertake the regeneration of Elephant and Castle
• Hammerson on its acquisition of a portfolio of five retail warehouses and shopping centre properties valued at £426 million through the purchase of LxB Holdings Limited
• London & Continental Railways on the regeneration of the 90 acre site around Kings Cross and St Pancras stations
• Stanhope and landowners, Legal & General and Schroders on the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre
• Transport for London on the East London Line Extension, an essential part of the Olympics 2012 infrastructure
• Edinburgh House Estates on the acquisition and financing of its portfolio of European properties, which has expanded over two years to include more than 100 assets with a value in excess of €1 billion
