Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (HBT) is an Indonesian commercial law firm based in Jakarta. The firm provides high quality and innovative Indonesian legal services to an international standard, based on informed and commercially relevant local knowledge and advice. HBT has five Indonesian partners. In addition, Herbert Smith corporate partner David Dawborn is on long-term secondment to HBT, as Senior Foreign Counsel.

David has advised on a wide range of major transactions and projects in Indonesia since the early 1990s and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Herbert Smith senior associate Brian Scott, who worked previously in the corporate division in London and Singapore, is also now based at HBT in Jakarta.
