Adrian Cheng

Adrian began his career at Herbert Smith as a projects lawyer, advising both public and private sectors on the commercial aspects of PFI/PPP projects.  Since 1999, the focus of his practice has been on banking and finance matters.  He specialises in acting for banks and borrowers on project and energy finance transactions and has particular expertise in oil and gas financings.
