Tony has been with the firm throughout his professional career and was made a partner in 1994. He has a broad practice covering the full range of insurance and reinsurance litigation work and has acted in a number of large insurance disputes as well as leading cases in the fields of product liability and recall, personal injury, environmental claims and professional negligence. Tony has acted for several large accountancy practices on major insurance insolvency matters and is also very experienced in conducting overseas litigation, in particular in the USA and France.
