Bradley Phillips

Bradley trained with the firm and joined the Tax Group in the London office on qualification. He specialises in corporate tax work, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, demergers, securitisations and investment funds. He is also experienced in tax litigation work having acted in a number of hearings before the Special Commissioners and higher courts.
