Clare Fielding

Clare is a partner in the planning group of the real estate division. She advises developers, lenders and public authorities on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning and development law, including giving strategic planning advice on development projects and regeneration schemes, drafting and negotiating planning agreements and advising on compulsory purchase matters. She has particular expertise at the interface between planning and delivery of complex urban regeneration projects.

Clare is a member of the Law Society's Specialist Planning panel and a Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Clare is ranked as a leading individual for planning in Chambers UK 2008.
