Colin was previously head of the employment, pensions and incentives group at Herbert Smith. He specialises in employee share schemes and is one of the leading experts in this area. Between 1985 and 1989 he worked as a director of a human resources consultancy.
He has advised many companies, large and small, on employee share schemes in the UK and overseas, employee cash incentives, ESOPs and corporate individual savings accounts. He is also a regular speaker at conferences on share schemes issues. He is the author of the popular Tolley's Practical Guide to Employee Share Schemes, now in its fourth edition.
