Colin specialises in employee share schemes and is one of the leading experts in this area. He was previously head of the employment, pensions and incentives group at Herbert Smith, and a partner since 1989. Between 1985 and 1989 he worked as a director of a human resources consultancy.
Colin has advised many companies, large and small, on employee share schemes in the UK and overseas, employee cash incentives, EBTs and on corporate actions. He is also a regular speaker at conferences on share schemes issues and co-author of the popular Employee Share Schemes published by Tottel Publishing, now in its fifth edition.
