Dina has had experience over the years of a wide range of banking, treasury and finance work. Much of her work is international. Her principal focus is on capital markets, securitisation and derivatives work. This includes:
- advising on quoted bond issues and private placements of securities, with a particular emphasis on regulatory capital;
- advising on securitisations over a range of asset classes (including mortgages, insurance, commercial loans, mail order credit, store cards, auto loans) and on a variety of structures, including cash and synthetic deals;
- advising derivatives houses and corporates on a wide range of derivative transactions, including credit default products, equity derivatives and commodity derivatives.
Dina is bilingual in English and French and also speaks Italian.

- Friends Provident on the £380 million securitisation of a book of life insurance business by Friends Provident Life and Pensions Limited
- Bank of Scotland on the securitisations by the Bank of part of its mortgage portfolio, involving three issues of securities by the Mound special purpose vehicles; these securitisations comprised a novel master trust structure
- Bank of Scotland in the first public securitisation by the Bank, through the Melrose special purpose vehicle, backed by part of its corporate loan portfolio
- Bristol Water on its whole business securitisation through the Artesian programme
- Royal London on a £400 million upper tier 2 debt issue through RL Finance Bonds plc and guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Royal London
- Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers as joint lead managers on the fourth issue from HBOS's master trust Mound Financing
