Edward is a finance partner at Herbert Smith. He specialises in finance and banking and his experience encompasses bank lending, trade, acquisition and real estate finance and securitisation.
Edward advises a range of the most active banks and borrowers in the Russian loan markets. He is currently rated as a leading individual in the Russian banking market by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and IFLR 1000.
Before joining Herbert Smith in 2008 he worked at the Moscow office of another international law firm.
