Florence Chérel
Florence became a member of the Paris Bar in 2001.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith, Florence worked for one year as a lawyer in "Immobilière 3F SA HLM" and for almost five years at a major French real estate law firm.
She specialises in public law (public domain; contracts; administrative authorisations), planning law and also in environmental matters.
Florence mainly advises property developers on their construction and development projects and assists them in their relationships with public entities. She works on advising and litigation files.
