He has acted on a range of public takeovers and private M&A transactions, IPOs and other equity offerings, joint ventures and restructurings. Gavin has particular experience in cross-border and private equity deals.
Private equity clients include Blackstone, CapVest, Hanover Investors, JK&B Capital, and Cabot Square Capital. Gavin also acts for a number of investment banks (including Lazard, N M Rothschild, Greenhill and CSFB) as well as major international corporates (including Time Warner, Warner Music, Foster’s and InterGen).
