Georges has been leading the Paris office's international banking and finance group since his arrival in 2000, also acting as managing partner of the office between 2002 and 2004. He has over 20 years’ experience of advising on banking and finance law, specialising in the areas of financing, structured financing, securitisations and acquisition finance.
He has advised both banks and major corporates, French and foreign, in transactions that have been recognised for their complexity and innovative nature.
Of French mother tongue, Georges speaks English fluently.
