Gillian Dobby
Gillian deals with a wide range of contentious matters, including professional negligence (accountants, banks and solicitors), company and commercial law claims (including, in particular, shareholder and related disputes) and contentious insolvency issues. She has experience of multi-jurisdictional litigation, and of the collateral issues which arise in this context, having acted for clients involved in proceedings pending before courts in the USA, the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and France.
