Graeme has been with Herbert Smith since 1995. After initially working in London he moved to Hong Kong in 2001 and to Shanghai in 2006, where he established the firms mainland China dispute resolution practice.
He returned to the London office in July 2010. He has wide experience advising on contentious matters, including litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations.
