Hayley specialises in partnership disputes and she acts for firms or their partners in relation to a wide range of contentious partnership issues. Hayley's expertise extends to contentious issues facing LLPs (including disputes involving members) as well as claims of discrimination.
As a litigation lawyer, Hayley has advised on all forms of dispute resolution including High Court litigation, arbitration and mediation.
