On the investment side, he has acted on all aspects of commercial property for life, pension and sovereign wealth funds. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of development work ranging from development agreements through financing to the letting of projects.

- Hermes in relation to the co-ordination of the sale of a part-share in Milton Keynes Shopping Centre under a trust for land arrangement and the simultaneous acquisition of a 999 year rent-sharing lease at Bluewater, Dartford
- GIC on the acquisition of a stake in Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent from Prudential
- Hermes on the structuring of the limited partnership and offshore unit trust for their holding trust of land at Milton Keynes Shopping Centre
- Standard Life (through its Retail Centre Fund) on the restructuring of the joint interests held with Hammerson at Brent Cross Shopping Centre
- Gallions Reach Shopping Park Limited Partnership and the Gallions Reach Shopping Park Unit Trust, vehicles established by Standard Life and others to acquire Gallions Reach Shopping Park in Beckton
- Rosehaugh Stanhope as developer, in relation to the development, funding and letting of Broadgate office complex in the City of London.
- Hermes and Prudential on the proposed extension to the Milton Keynes Shopping Centre to provide an additional 450,000 sq. ft of commercial space, 200+ residential units and major transport infrastructure
