Ian became the head of real estate in July 2008. He deals with all aspects of property law including landlord and tenant, and investment sales/purchases and corporate support work. His practice has a particular emphasis on property finance, structured finance (including establishment of alternative vehicles for property investment) and property development. Having spent a period of secondment with the firm’s international finance and banking group he now heads our real estate corporate recovery group.
