Jacques is head of our Paris office corporate group. He specialises in corporate M&A work and in EU competition and merger issues, working also out of the firm's Brussels office. His client base includes a wide range of European, Japanese, American and global blue-chip companies including TUI, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Total, Belgacom, M-real and Toyota Motor Corporation.
Jacques is a graduate of the Paris Faculty of Law and of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He was Chairman of the IBA's Section on Business Law from 2000 to 2002.
