Jeremy Walden
Jeremy is experienced in all aspects of commercial property law acting for property companies, institutions, developers, occupiers and foreign investors. Particular specialisms include the establishment of property joint ventures, corporate structured acquisitions and disposals, development work and retail property investment. He is also a member of the real estate corporate recovery group and regularly advises on property aspects of corporate transactions.
