Laura Deacon
Laura holds the position "Of Counsel" in the Intellectual Property Department. She has a wealth of experience across a broad range of intellectual property issues.
In contentious matters she has advised on litigation and disputes relating to pharmaceutical patents, patents relating to complex printing techniques, trade mark infringement, copyright infringement and licensing and telecommunications networks.
In the non-contentious area Laura has advised on the acquisition and disposal of major brands and other intellectual property rights in a broad range of business and industrial sectors. She also advises on the licensing of all intellectual property rights including in relation to the nuclear and defence sectors. Laura also advises UK and international clients on issues relating to UK data privacy law.
