Laurence Elliott is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He has extensive experience of all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery. He has experience in debt restructuring, workouts and bond restructuring. He also acts for insolvency practitioners in a wide range of formal insolvencies and provides advice to companies in financial difficulties.
