Malcolm Hitching
Malcolm is a partner in the finance division, and specialises in acquisition and leveraged finance. He has considerable experience of acting for lenders, borrowers and financial advisers in relation to LBOs, public to private takeovers and bid financings. He spent time on secondment with the Leveraged Finance Group of The Royal Bank of Scotland, and is listed as a leading individual in Chambers' guide to the legal profession.
