Mark heads the electricity group at Herbert Smith and has over 20 years' experience in the energy sector. Starting in 1988 he led the team advising the twelve regional electricity companies in England and Wales on the restructuring and privatisation of the industry. Since then he has advised on energy sector restructurings and independent power and transmission projects throughout the world.
