Maura is a professional support consultant in the firm's general commercial litigation practice. She has acted on a wide range of commercial disputes including professional negligence actions against solicitors and accountants, banking and insolvency related disputes, agency disputes, and contractual disputes in various industries including media and pharmaceuticals. Maura is qualified as a Solicitor Advocate.
In her current role, Maura focuses on providing technical advice on issues of substantive law and court procedure, analysing new legal and procedural developments, and preparing internal and external briefings to ensure the firm and its clients are updated on important litigation related developments. She is an editor of the firm's litigation know-how blog, "litigation notes", and the litigation e-bulletin. Maura also coordinates the firm's working groups in relation to litigation funding and class actions.
