Norman Green
Norman Green is Herbert Smith’s chief operating officer, based in London. He joined Herbert Smith in November 2005 and has overall responsibility for all operational and financial aspects of the firm’s international network of offices.
Norman also has overall responsibility for the firm’s extra-mural programmes under the corporate responsibility banner, including our award-winning community action programme, pro bono activity and corporate sponsorship.
Prior to his appointment, Norman was the vice president of finance for a leading global software company and before that worked for one of the big five accountancy firms as their UK director of finance.
