Oleg has 13 years of experience covering a wide range of tax advisory and litigation services. During his career, Oleg has represented clients at all stages of disputes with Russian tax authorities, including tax audits, administrative and court appeals against decisions rendered by tax inspections or the tax police. Oleg has been advising clients on both inbound and outbound transactions. He also participated in negotiations with governmental authorities on substantial investments projects.
Oleg is fluent in Russian and English and is a frequent writer on international and domestic taxation matters for various journals and other publications. He is also a member of an advisory board to the tax and Budgetary Committee of the Russian Parliament.

Oleg joined the firm from Salans where he worked since 1994. Prior to this, he worked for KPMG.
