Paul is a partner in the insurance and reinsurance litigation group and has advised on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance disputes. Paul has particular expertise in complex coverage disputes and has acted for insureds, insurers and brokers. Recently he has specialised in coverage work in the financial sector, particularly working on directors and officers, professional indemnity and crime policies. Paul is also recognised as a leading name in professional negligence disputes. He also defends pension intermediaries and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
