Sophie is head of the labour law group in our Paris office. She handles all aspects of French employment law, including advising major corporations on the reduction and reorganisation of staffing capacities (redundancies, outsourcing); the employment law aspects of large corporate transactions (consultations with Works Council, transfers of employees and consequences); collective issues (personnel representatives, unions, negotiation of collective agreements); expatriate and international secondment issues; retirement schemes, employee savings schemes and share options; the implementation of new employment regulations; and employment litigation.
Of French mother tongue, Sophie speaks English fluently.
