Stephen has been a partner in the corporate division since 1996. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance work, particularly public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures, rights issues and other securities issues acting for companies and financial advisers.
He leads one of the Corporate Division's mergers and acquisitions groups.
