Veronica is the managing partner of Herbert Smith’s Singapore office. Veronica has many years’ experience of advising on international transactions having previously worked in London, Hong Kong and Portugal. She has been based in Singapore for eight years and specialises in cross-border M&A and equity and debt securities work covering South and South East Asia. She advises investment banks and listed and private companies in Asia, Europe and the US on a wide range of acquisitions, disposals, take-overs, joint ventures and equity and debt securities issues.
