We advise on a wide range of IPOs and secondary offerings, rights issues, placings and open offers and issues and listings of depositary receipts, convertible and exchangeable bonds and equity warrants.

Our equity capital markets team advises on transactions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia from offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo in Asia, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid, Moscow and Paris in Europe and in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East, as well as associated offices in Jakarta and Saudi Arabia.

We advise issuers across a range of sectors and our equity capital markets team works closely with industry specialists who are able to contribute their sector expertise to transactions. Sectors where we are particular active include energy, oil and gas, investment funds, financial services and technology.

We are advisers to many of the leading international investment banks based in New York and London and we continue to develop our relationships with institutions working on emerging markets transactions.

Additionally, our equity capital markets practice is enhanced by our team of US securities lawyers who advise on all US securities law aspects of capital markets transactions originating out of Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
