- derivatives within structured transactions such as synthetic securitisations, CDOs and repackagings
- structured notes with embedded derivatives
We work with a long list of banks and corporate clients, including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and RBS.
The skills of our derivatives lawyers are complemented by experts elsewhere in the firm. For instance, we regularly combine with our energy team to offer energy trading expertise and our litigation team to advise on derivatives-related disputes. We tailor the team according to the requirements of the case in hand.
