Development is one of our real estate team’s headline stories. We currently act for some of the largest and most innovative schemes in the UK; Dome/Greenwich Peninsula, King’s Cross Central, Stratford City and the regeneration of Sheffield City Centre.
On development projects we provide an integrated service with advice from our real estate, planning, environment, construction, public and administrative law, competition and PFI/PPP specialists.
Out of this practice we have also grown a strong PFI/PPP practice delivering new accommodation and infrastructure projects including the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital, the New Tyne Power Crossing and the Caerphilly Waste Management Service.
